📦 Release – 2025.19​

30 June 2025

Highlights​

  • Price Ratio
    The Price Ratio module has been released to all MSD partners and covers five types of invoices. [MSD Partners]
  • Confidential information
    We are now restricting visibility of Date of Birth, Personal Email Address, Address, City, and Postal Code to HR only.
  • JP Invoice update
    The invoice address document for JP invoices has been updated to reflect the new office.

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved the email issue on the staging server.
  • Fixed several issues in the reimbursement functions, including OM being unable to approve and allowing rejected reimbursements to be edited.
  • Resolved the Net C calculation issue for sub-projects nested within other sub-projects.
  • Resolved the issue where the PO could submit the pipeline before the USD value calculation was completed.

Highlights​

  • CV Download
    1. Enabled access for Directors and above to view professional details and download CVs in three different formats. [Director, Partner, MP]
    2. All professionals can now upload their CV from the “My Profile” page.
  • New staging server
    We now have a new staging server for development testing to ensure feature robustness before releasing to production.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed the issue where the project approver (BUM) could not approve or reject the new logo registration when the project already had COGS.
  • Resolved the issue where users were able to submit reimbursement requests without selecting a Division.

Highlights​

  • Responsible office
    Allowing professional to be selected as responsible person in another office in the BSP [Administrator]
  • Linking office to corresponding region
    This region tag is essential for linking each office to its corresponding region. [Administrator, Office Manager, and Office Admin]
  • English company name in the client database
    Project owners are required to fill in the client’s English name when creating a client with a non-English name. Client english name will be displayed in the pipeline email notification. [Project owner]

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved referral incentive option not displaying for non-MSD projects.
  • Fixed the issue where Project Owners (PO) were unable to upload invoices due to the recent invoice type update.

📦 Release – 2025.16​

Highlights​

  • Reimbursement division selection update
    We've moved the division selection from the reimbursement item to the sidebar of the reimbursement application form for better clarity.
  • Add view my journal
    Now you can preview your journal. This helps ensure the quality and correctness of the journal entry, reducing the need for revisions.
  • Price ratio format
    Calculate the price ratio using a weighted average instead of a simple average, and display the result using only one decimal place.
