Microsoft Teams X HUB Feed sync​

We have implemented two-way synchronization between Microsoft Teams and the HUB feeds.

  1. Microsoft Teams to HUB.

    From now on, every time you post content to this channel, it will also appear on the HUB feeds page.

  2. HUB to Microsoft Teams

    Your post on the HUB feed (https://hub.ycp.com/feeds/) will also be sent to the YCP Global Professional (Teams) > General channel if you are logged into the HUB with your Microsoft account.

Company database​

As we prepare to integrate our data with SAP B1, our client database has been upgraded. We have now grouped our clients according to their respective companies.

This upgrade will impact the client creation process. Previously, you could type any company name during client creation. Now, you will need to select an existing company or create a new one.

Default journal filter​

We have also updated the Journal page filter by setting the management team as the default filter, ensuring we never miss any journal entries from our management team.

Amend the individual base currency​

This feature is for HUB admins only, as requested by the finance team, to amend the individual base currency when needed.

User notification setting for journal​

You should now be able to add additional recipients for your journal. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile image and go to Settings.

  2. In the Notification tab, under the Journal section, click the pencil icon to add recipients to your journal notifications.

From now on, every time you create a new journal, the email notification will also be sent to your selected additional recipient(s)
