📦 Release – 2025.24​

Highlights​

  • Display referral incentive info in COGS page
    Now showing detailed role and contribution for referral incentives in the COGS view.
  • CV UI update
    Added functionality to provide structured feedback for CVs such as enable add project button in JP & ZH and enable language selection in professional overview page.
  • Update the state UI
    Improved UI design and clarity for BSP state transitions.
  • [Performance Review] Event setting
    Enhanced event configuration options have been introduced for admin.
  • [Performance Review] Participant setting
    Admin can now view and manage event participant details.
  • [Performance Review] Editor setting
    New configuration options are now available in the editor settings.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed issue preventing menu display when in full screen mode.
  • Fixed the issue where users could not load additional journal entries
  • Resolved issue where filters were not applied correctly when CRM users downloaded data.
  • General fix on CRM database ensuring download respects active filters.

Highlights​

  • CV translation template update
    We’ve updated the Japanese CV translation.
  • Project type filter
    Added a new filter in the project list — users can now search by project type: Normal, Referral Incentive, or New Logo.
  • Project list mobile
    We’ve now enabled the project list to be displayed on mobile view.
  • CRM database default filter
    Now the default filter for CRM viewer has been updated to “Is On Hold” = Yes.

  • Resolved issue when CRM admin unable to upload due to contact person text limitation

Highlights​

  • Price ratio access to finance
    Access to the Price Ratio page has been granted to the HD Finance team for display in the GMC.
  • Unsigned project management
    A new setting has been enabled to grant PO Support at YCP Auctus access to create unsigned projects.
  • Disable leave type selection on edit
    We’ve now restricted users from changing the leave type on submitted leave applications.

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved the scheduler timezone issue by updating it from UTC to UTC+8 (Singapore), aligning it with the server timezone.
  • Fixed the issue where the digest email was being sent multiple times in a single day.

Highlights​

  • CV Download consent and access
    You can now check the consent option on your profile page to allow others to view your profile and download your CV.
  • CV Translation
    You can now translate the project experience and professional summary into Japanese or Chinese, and download them in your selected language.
  • Mandatory invoice type selection
    Project Owners are now required to select the project invoice type before creating a new invoice. [Project Owner]
  • Price ratio detail
    Display detailed price ratio information for each project within a Price Ratio back data modal.
  • Access limit to Internal Rate
    We have adjusted the access to the Internal Rate setting for SCD

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved text limitation on invoice description
  • Fixed the issue where the invoice type became empty when the revenue type was changed.

  • Fixed the Mizuho rate API by updating it to the new API endpoint.
